Whether you want to hit the trails for a walk or train for your first 50 mile trail race I can help you reach your goals!
Being an accomplished distance and trail runner, former High School Track and Distance Coach and a certified NASM Personal Trainer I can develop an appropriate and personalized training plan just for you. We can discuss and plan your training and nutrition in person, over the phone and virtually. We will do weekly and possibly daily check-ins to make sure you are staying on track.
Current Packages Include:
$75/month- Virtual plan. 100% virtual coaching- plan is sent out for the month and modified weekly based on email/ text communication.
$100/ month- Plan 1:
Base Package includes personalized training plans, cross-training and recovery, nutrition advice, weekly virtual check-ins and 4 group trail runs a month.
$125/ month- Plan 2: Base Package + Nutrition plan + 1 personal or small group trail run
$150/ month- Plan 3: Base Package + Nutrition plan + 2 personal or small group runs
My packages include personal or small group trail runs (1hr long). These can also be purchased a la carte at an hourly rate.
