As a working mother, wife and teacher I have many years of experience and knowledge in sustainable nutrition, mindfulness practices, neuroscience, adolescent and adult psychology and social emotional learning. I use all of the latest research to create my life coaching and personal development plans.

If your Health and Wellness needs include Home Fitness I will come to your home and coach you in the methods of sustainable home workouts and nutrition.

If you need help bringing the family together I can meet you at a park or come to your home where I can teach the family some fun games and activities, we can create chore charts and behavior plans, create meaningful family moments and a joyous, relaxed home atmosphere.
